Shout Out To G Love

This is a concept animation for a music video. Very simple. I think the idea is there, but now it needs a lot more refining. The song is called "Shout Out To G Love". Bear in mind that I still need to add a bunch of sound effects plus it gets cut off at the end. Excuses excuses... :)

G Love & Special Sauce are one of my favorite bands and the song is a tribute to them. If you're familar with their music then you'll catch a lot of their song references in the lyrics of this song.

A Nice Surprise

There's a site I like to log on to called "Cold Hard Flash" which is run by Aaron Simpson. It's a really great site that showcases the latest in the world of Flash animation. At any rate, I happened to log on to the site today and noticed an image that looked really familiar. "Hey someone draws characters just like me!" As I looked closer I saw that it was one of my character drawings along with a short write up about two of the projects I'm working on; The Impersonators and The Beans Awesome!! Thanks Aaron!

Big Blue

My son has this book that he really likes me to read him called "I'm A Truck". It's a story about Big Blue Bill who is a tractor trailer that travels across the country. It's actually fun to read and I love the illustration style. So I decided to do my own version of Big Blue Bill.

Interactive

Sometimes my kids and I will get online and visit sites like NickJr.com or Noggin.com. They get a kick out of playing all the Flash games with some of their favorite cartoon characters. I decided to give the whole Flash interactive thing a go. So below is something I call, "Dress Joe". It's a work in progress. Joe is color blind and a Fashion disaster. It's up to you to pick out a killer outfit for him. :)
